PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS - KOREA

PROMOTION CODES

  • Codes are only valid during the specified period. 
  • Codes may have a minimum spend threshold.
  • Codes may have a maximum basket spend threshold.
  • Codes are only valid for online purchases. 
  • Codes can exclude select items and products.
  • Cancelled and unfulfillable orders will not have the discount honoured on a future order.
  • Only 1 code is valid per transaction / order. 
  • Foot Locker holds the right to cancel or modify a promo code promotion at any time.
 

DELIVERY

  • Free standard delivery is eligable on all orders over ₩22,000 within Korea.
  • Standard delivery rates will continue to apply to any orders less than ₩22,000
 

EQL RAFFLE TERMS & CONDITIONS

The raffle is managed by Foot Locker Korea LLC (“Foot Locker”). “Raffle” refers to the end-to-end process from entry via the online platform through to delivery of the product.

Foot Locker works with third parties to execute the raffle. The online raffle platform is managed by Sneakql Pty Ltd (“EQL”) and payment processing is managed by NHN KCP Corp. (“KCP”). 

Raffle Overview:

Entrants participate in the raffle via the online platform managed by EQL to have the opportunity to purchase the advertised product at ₩ RRP in the entrant’s selected size. Winning entrants will be notified via email to complete the payment process within a certain timeframe.

The winning entrants who successfully complete payment will be sent the product to the address provided in the entry. Winning entrants who do not complete payment in the allotted time will forfeit their winning entry. They will no longer have the option to purchase the product and will not incur any charges.

This raffle is not a competition to win free product. Entry into the raffle does not guarantee securing the product.

Winning entrants are randomly selected, and all entries are vetted for fairness: the online raffle platform is designed to stop fraudulent activity, duplicate orders or bot technology. 

Raffle Submission Period:

Raffle entries are open for a select window of time. This time window is specified by Foot Locker for each raffle in some or all these channels: social media, website, EQL raffle landing page which is linked to from Foot Locker Korea’s Instagram bio link. 

Entering Raffle via EQL: 

The raffle can only be entered online via EQL. Entries are not accepted in-store or via other channels.  

The entrant must provide their correct details upon entering: email address, mobile phone number, full legal name as per valid ID (driver’s licence or passport), address and shoe size.  

Only one entry is allowed per person. Entrants must be of the legal age to participate in the raffle.  

Foot Locker and the contracted third parties noted above do not take any responsibility in the event any of the entrant’s required information is incorrect. 

Foot Locker does not take any responsibility in the event customers are unable to successfully enter the raffle or fail any steps during the security and payment verification process, except for any liability which may arise out of Foot Locker’s intentional acts or gross negligence. 

The Foot Locker Customer Service team and store staff are unable to provide any support in regard to EQL. 

Cancelling Raffle Entry:

Entrants may cancel their entry only during the open raffle period and via the EQL launch page. The entrant must follow the “Cancel my Entry” prompt. Further details are available on the EQL FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions (eql.xyz). The Foot Locker Customer Service team and Foot Locker store staff are unable to cancel any entries. 

Confirmation Of Entry Into Draw: 

An entrant’s raffle entry that has been successfully entered into the draw will receive an email confirmation. 

Foot Locker does not take any responsibility if an entrant’s email provider blocks the email or filters the email to the entrant’s “Junk” folder. 

Winning Entrants: 

Once the winning entrants are selected, the winning entrants will receive an email confirmation with instructions to complete payment.  

Verified winning entries with completed payment are binding. Once the payment is confirmed, the entrant is not permitted to cancel payment for reasons other than faulty products or failed delivery due to the extremely limited nature of the product.  

The product will be delivered to the winning entrants at the address provided in the entry after payments have been processed. Products cannot be picked from Foot Locker stores.

Payment: 

Payment must be completed within the allotted time upon receiving the winning entry notification. Instructions, including a link to complete payment, are provided in the winning entry notification email. The allotted time to complete payment is determined at Foot Locker’s discretion. The entrant bears the responsibility to ensure the correct funds are available in their account when completing payment.  

Rejected orders:

Foot Locker and EQL reserve the right to reject entries or refuse pick-up of orders if inappropriate, fraudulent or suspicious circumstances or actions are identified or suspected. Duplicate entries will be disqualified, including entries where different sizes have been selected. Such decisions may be made at the sole discretion of Foot Locker and EQL without further notice.  Entrants whose entries have been rejected will not be further notified of such decisions.  

Refund times depend on the winning entrant’s bank processing times and may take up to 5 to 10 business days.  

Returns:

Foot Locker’s return policy applies. Due to the extremely limited nature of the product, Foot Locker cannot guarantee that a product may be replaced if found to be faulty. In such a case, only a refund may be available.

Data & Privacy:

Foot Locker takes customer data seriously. By entering the raffle, the entrant will receive SMS and email communications only regarding the raffle. Entrants will not be contacted for marketing purposes by Foot Locker or its third parties.

The winning entrants must consent to KCP’s Terms of Service to process payment. KCP, as the payment processing service provider, will use the winning entrants’ personal information only to the extent necessary to provide such payment processing services.
